EFT helps transform relationships through the establishment of emotional connections. Roxie also has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. In addition to EFT and EMDR Roxie’s therapeutic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
